  1. Days 1 - 2 Arrival Lima/Culinary Experience

    Arrival Lima and transfer to the hotel. In the Peruvian capital you will see the elegant colonial facades and the modern skyscrapers that come together to create a unique and inspiring atmosphere. The next day enjoy an experience at the Chef’s Table: join a local chef for a guided walk through the market to gather locally grown ingredients, and then head to a kitcken for an interactive explanation on how to prepare authentic Peruvian dishes. Later, explore the capital of Peru; visit the Plaza Mayor, where the beautiful 16th-century cathedral is located. Stroll through the courtyard of Santo Domingo convent, contemplating its numerous altars and the chapel covered with mosaics. Return to your hotel.

  2. Day 3 Lima/ Cusco/ Sacred Valley

    Reception at Cusco Airport. We will head to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. En route visit to Awanacancha ranch, where you can meet South American camelids, and observe the practices used for wool dyeing and weaving.

    Continuing with a lunch at a ranch in the sacred valley. Share along with the landowners a unique experience, full of anecdotes about the hacienda life. Enjoy a 3- course lunch, Farm to Table experience while learning about the culture of corn production in the Sacred Valley and be delighted with a Marinera dance with Peruvian Paso horse.

  3. Day 4 Sacred Valley Tour: Ollantaytambo- Maras- Moray

    Today we will visit the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Starting with the fortress and town of Ollantaytambo.

    We will continue with Maras saltpans and the cultivated terraces of Moray.

  4. Day 5 Machu Picchu Tour

    In the morning we will pick you up at the hotel for the transfer to Ollantaytambo train station, where we will take the train to Machu Picchu town (commonly called “Aguas Calientes”).

    After lunch, guided tour of the citadel of Machu Picchu.

  5. Day 6 Transfer to Cusco

    Take advantage of the free morning to explore Machu Picchu from up close or just enjoy the spectacular views. Later, board the scenic Vistadome train in a ride back to Ollantaytambo station before continuing on to Cusco.

  6. Day 7 Cusco City Tour

    In the morning we will pick you up for the tour of the city of Cusco. We will visit Sacsaywaman, Q’enqo, the Cathedral, stone of the 12 angles and Coricancha or Temple of the Sun.

    In the evening a delicious Peruvian dinner awaits you and a traditional folklore show.

  7. Day 8 Cusco- Transfer to the Airport

    At proper time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to the next destination.

LIMA:

 

JW Marriott Lima.- The hotel has 300 rooms including a casino, banquet hall, 2 restaurants, conference rooms, gym, spa, tennis court, business center and executive club.


 

San Agustin Exclusive.- The Hotel offers spacious rooms, Wi-Fi connection and private parking. It is located 1 km from the commercial center of Miraflores and 5 blocks from the Pacific Ocean.


 

VALLE SAGRADO:

Tambo del Inka.- This luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. The establishment has a swimming pool and spa. The rooms are elegant and feature regional fabrics and a typical local design. All have a private balcony with views of the natural environment, LCD TV, exclusive marble bathroom. A buffet breakfast is offered daily.


Casona de Yucay.- This hotel occupies an 18th-century building located in the magical Sacred Valley. It offers cozy and modern rooms distributed around a colorful patio. The rooms of the hotel are decorated with traditional Inca fabrics, have natural wood floors and large windows with panoramic views of the garden and the mountains. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner with regional and international dishes. Next to the bar of La Casona there is a common fireplace, ideal to get together and chat with the other guests. It has wireless internet connection.


 

MACHU PICCHU:

Inkaterra Machupicchu Pueblo hotel.- It offers spacious rooms with tiled floors and a seating area, as well as massage sessions. The price of accommodation includes buffet breakfast and dinner à la carte. Inkaterra’s rooms are elegantly decorated with Andean tapestries and include cotton bedding, alpaca blankets and four-poster beds. Some rooms also have Wi-Fi connection, fireplace, marble sink or private pool. The restaurant overlooks Vilcanota River and serves Andean cuisine. The staff of Inkaterra Machu Picchu organizes walking tours in the surroundings. The hotel facilities include a lounge with a library and a gift shop.


 

Tierra Viva MachuPicchu.- The hotel features stunning views of the surrounding hills. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus station and has comfortable and quiet rooms with air conditioning. It offers a panoramic solarium and free Wi-Fi access throughout. The rooms are very quiet and equipped with private cable TV, minibar and private bathroom with shower. Some offer views of the hills. Cusco train station is a 10-minute walk away.


Sumaq MachuPicchu.- This luxury hotel offers a privileged location along the Urubamba River and only 20 minutes by bus from the archaeological zone of Machu Picchu. It offers comfort, elegance and tranquility, in addition to an Andean design. There is free WiFi. It offers spacious and luxurious rooms with seating areas. All have cable TV and heating. Some rooms have a private balcony with views of the mountains and the Urubamba River. The Qunuq à la carte restaurant serves Peruvian cuisine. Guests can also enjoy a drink at the Suquy Cafe & Bar. Guests can enjoy total relaxation at the Aqlla Spa.


CUSCO:

Monasterio Hotel.- This former monastery of the year 1592 offers luxury colonial-style accommodation around a patio. It is located in the historic center of the city of Cusco, 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The walls of Belmond Monasterio Hotel are decorated with works of religious art. The rooms are equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. Oxygen-enriched rooms are also available. It is located 5 km from Velasco Astete airport and 20 minutes by car from Poroy train station.


JW Marriott Convent.- This hotel features stunning interior decoration with exposed antique bricks, vaulted ceilings and stylish designer furniture. Cusco Cathedral and the main square are just 2 streets away. The JW Marriott Convent houses a beautiful colonial-style patio with sculpted stone arch, a massage room and gift shop. The elegant rooms feature parquet floors, upholstered chairs and dark wood accessories, there are also rooms with oxygen supplement system. JW Marriot’s 2 restaurants serve Peruvian and international dishes in an elegant atmosphere.


Xima Hotel.- Xima Cusco Hotel is right in front of the largest craft market in the city. It offers modern rooms with buffet breakfast included. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen LCD cable TV. Some have a balcony. There is also free wired internet connection in all facilities. In addition, it has a spa where special treatments and relaxing massages are offered in a unique environment, using special elements and techniques of the Inca culture that revitalize the body, mind and spirit. The spa also has a sauna, hot tub and special oxygen room.

You can walk to the gardens and waterfalls of Mandor (2 to 3 hours round trip by a parallel route to the train tracks, in the direction of Hydroelectric) or to the waterfalls of Allcamayo (35 minutes to arrive, in the town of Aguas Calientes). We can also arrange in advance the Inca trail (hike) to the mountains of Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu, from where you will have a spectacular view of the citadel of Machu Picchu.

The chef will indicate the dishes arranged for the day, it could be: causa limeña based on yellow potato; sauteed beef tenderloin with tomato and onion, or the typical dish of Peru: the “Ceviche” based on fresh fish.
